Once the service has been performed or the digital content has been delivered, it is considered "consumed" and is not eligible for a "change of mind" refund.

2. Performance Guarantee & Support While we do not offer standard refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you feel that the tweaks have not met the performance expectations outlined in our service description, we offer a Satisfaction Period. During this time, our premium support team will work with you 1-on-1 to re-tune your system, troubleshoot potential hardware bottlenecks, and ensure the configuration is optimal for your specific setup.

3. Exceptions Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Non-Delivery: If the service was not initiated within the promised timeframe due to an error on our part.
• Technical Incompatibility: If our technical team determines that our tweaks are fundamentally incompatible with your hardware and a solution cannot be reached through our support channels.
